It’s all about good undergarments

Everyday hundreds of women across America get up, put on their undergarments, throw on some clothes and walk out the door. They never pause to check for lumps, wiggles, bumps, or (gasp) VPL. I always feel bad for those women. Every girl out there knows exactly who I’m talking about. It’s the girl sitting at lunch with her boyfriend and her thong is hanging out. Or the chick at the cocktail party who could have eliminated her little wine and cheese bulge had she just chosen to indulge herself in a good pair of Spanx.

While it might seem silly and pointless to most, I find it easier to get dressed if I know my undergarments will properly complement my look. Dress a little short? No problem, tights. Stapless top = strapless bra.

By ensuring that your undergarments are going to show off your body to it’s fullest advantage, you’re ensuring that the rest of the world sees only what you want. They don’t notice that your left thigh is slightly larger than the right. Nor do they even glance at your little butt jiggle that you’ve been trying to rid of for months. Instead they just see you.

The same applies when it comes to designing Web sites. I often find people who go straight for the bling. They want the cute header, the Flash homepage, the sassy little Twitter icon. They are so impressed by the way their Web site looks, they often forget the important part: how it functions. They forget their undergarments.

Don’t get me wrong. Nothing is more frustrating to me right now than the fact that Little Miss Michelle isn’t as cute as I think it could be. But I do understand that building a Web site without the proper undergarments is like walking out of the house without a bra on. While the average glance might not give away your dirty little secret, anyone looking closely will quickly be able to tell that your girls aren’t looking as good as they could.

Before you go out and by the Louis Vuitton of Web sites with all the glitz and glam, make sure you’ve equipped yourself with the proper undergarments. Do your research and choose a Web development team that has a proven track record in increasing Web traffic and SEO. Google that company. If someone cannot handle their own search engine optimization, what makes you think they can better yours?

By outfitting both your body and your Web site with the right undergarments you’re ensuring that you have a site people will find, love and want to come back to. You’re ensuring that people will see the you that you want them to see.
