the non-conclusion of not “kevin”

So I know you have all been waiting axiously, biting your nails, wondering

Whatever happened to “Kevin“?

Well, ladies and gents, the game is still not over. I was all set to conclude “Kevin” last week. After an “I’d love to meet up with you tonight” text (and a no show) and no texts / calls for about 2 weeks, I had deleted “Kevin” from my phone and moved on; deciding he was a lost cause….

So who do I get a text from today?

“Kevin”

Who by the way is actually named “Matt.”

I know what you’re thinking …. M, K? (sad I know) while they might not sound alike, they are close to each other in the alphabet so we are going with it.

Don’t you love it how men have such an infuriating way of texting / calling / reappearing right when you’ve moved past them?

So anyways, we are going to call this the “not Kevin update” until I know more. We’ll see.
